Bloody Vodafone!

I liked Vodafone I really did, but this morning I rang up to update the credit card details for my prepaid account and - I got one of those flipping irritating automated voice prompt things!

(A few years back I got a real live person!)

I hate, despise, and loathe those automated voice (non)recognition applications! They never understand me - and they have all the syntactical knowledge of a retarded insect.

So I go to send an email to Vodafone along the line of:

The last time I had to update my credit card details I rang 1555 and got a nice friendly person, and it was sorted out quickly and efficiently.

Today I rang 1555 and got one of those irritating automated voice
(non)-recognition services!

Not good enough guys!

And find that the "Submit Email" function is wonky as well!

Hence the public posting!

Sorry Vodafone - this is the sort of thing that makes your competitors took more attractive!
